RESOLVING IMMUNE CELL DYNAMICS

USING MICROCHIP TECHNOLOGIES

HIGHLIGHTS

In our latest work published in Nature Communications we investigate the modulation of lytic molecules in γδ T cells and show how it restrains their serial killing capability of tumor cells.

In particular, the limited co-occurrence of granzyme B and perforin seems to play a critical role and can be of importance for the development of new adoptive immunotherapies.

In the example video, the colocalization of granzyme B and perforin is shown inside a γδ T cell.
